This group of records comprises the official archives of the Adirondack Mountain Club, an organization that promotes outdoor recreation and conservation chiefly in the Adirondack Mountain region of New York State. These records include proceedings of the annual meetings, minutes of the board of governors, correspondence of club officers and executive director, financial reports, and reports of committees and local chapters. Also includes records related to the administration of Adirondack Loj and Johns Brook Lodge, both of which are owned and operated by the Adirondack Mountain Club; and official records of the Albany Chapter.
